Regan Maharjan is a Senior Application Systems Analyst at LSA Technology Services, University of Michigan, where he serves as the primary lead for web accessibility and ADA Title II compliance across a portfolio of more than 1,500+ web assets spanning AEM, WordPress, Rails, Django, and other platforms. He holds an M.S. in Computer and Information Science with an AI focus from the University of Michigan and brings over eight years of software engineering experience in data-driven educational technologies, offline-first platforms, and systems integration, including work with OLE Nepal and MIT J-WEL. His current interests include AI-assisted accessibility auditing, inclusive learning technologies, and bridging the digital divide.
